We currently ship our products with Postnord or DHL. We offer free shipping for orders over 500 SEK. Otherwise it costs 49 SEK per order.
We always try to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days as long as we have all products in stock. For made-to-order items, we usually state a date when the products are expected to be in stock. If no delivery date is stated on the website, please feel free to contact us and we will provide specific feedback.
As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. In this email, you will also find your tracking number along with tracking instructions.
If you have created an account with us, you can always log in to your account by clicking on the person icon in the navigation menu of the website. Under your profile, you can then see all your orders under “Order History” where you will also find your tracking number.
If you do not have an account with us or have not received an email confirmation for your order, please contact hello@freyahome.se with your first and last name and email address. Please also include your order number or the item names you wanted to order in your order.
As long as an order has not been shipped, we can make changes or cancel it. In this case, send us an email at hello@freyahome.se with your order number.
If the delivery has been sent, simply follow the instructions to return, as we offer a 30-day Open Purchase. However, you as the customer must be responsible for the shipping cost back to us.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. The period is calculated from the day you, as a customer, receive the goods. It is important to us that our customers have time to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the products.
Orders returned within 30 days will receive a full refund provided that the returned products are in the same condition as they were received.
Before your purchase
We are pleased to offer the opportunity to pre-order our new models that have not yet arrived in stock.
To the extent that we can estimate the delivery time, the estimated delivery date will be stated on the product page. Unfortunately, delays may occur beyond our control, but we always make sure to inform you as a customer.

The vast majority of products are in stock and shipped directly from our own warehouse. In exceptional cases, products may be temporarily out of stock, which means that the delivery time will be slightly longer. In this case, we will notify you when you place your order.

We currently offer the following payment methods:
- Card payment with Visa and MasterCard
- Invoice and direct payment with Klarna
- Direct payment with Swish , Apple Pay and Google Pay
Our handles follow the standard distance between the handle holes (CC or center-to-center).
Examples of the most common cc measurements are 64mm (mainly when it comes to bowl handles), 96 mm, 128 mm, 160 mm and 192 mm. CC measurements are always calculated in millimeters for the most accurate measurement possible.
We always ship with screws for standard door and drawer sizes (16-19 mm). The screw diameter (i.e. the hole) is the standard size 4 mm. Please specify when ordering if you need screws for other sizes.
After your purchase
Our handles are of high quality and they are easy to care for. The material on the product indicates what type of care is recommended.
Leather
Leather handles take care of themselves as they wear naturally. However, leather is always a bit sensitive to grease and other food products as they can stick to the leather and possibly create stains.
Brass
Ideally, use only a clean, damp cloth when cleaning your brass handles and knobs. If there are stains that cannot be removed with the cloth, there are polishes available at most well-stocked grocery stores.
We are sorry to hear that you received a defective product. In the event that you have received a product that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. We will respond promptly to arrange a solution as smoothly as possible.
Email us at hello@freyahome.se with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please send us a picture showing the defect to make it easier for us.
All of our products are covered by a warranty regarding materials and any defects that have arisen during manufacturing. Defects that arise as a result of your own damage are not covered by the warranty. If you discover obvious defects in products, we recommend that you contact hello@freyahome.se .
To ensure that you as a customer feel secure, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and right of withdrawal for all private individuals. The period is calculated from the date you have received the product. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received. Please note, however, that you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping.
We want it to be easy for you as a customer to return. Print and stick on your return slip that we send you electronically in connection with your complaint. The cost of the shipping will then be deducted from the refund.
You can then send packages directly using, for example, PostNord's Send Direct service.
Please place products in the same packaging in which you received them.
We offer a 30-day Open Purchase period for all products. During the Open Purchase period, you may examine your product to the extent necessary to determine that it meets the product description and your expectations.
Please note that no refund is guaranteed if the returned products are found to be damaged or show signs of wear. Products returned incomplete, damaged, unrepaired or otherwise tested/used beyond what is required to examine the product may receive a price reduction upon refund.
We always try to process all returns as soon as possible. Normally it takes 7-10 working days from when we receive the return until we confirm the return via email and you receive your money back.
To track the status of your returned products, see your confirmation email from the carrier you have chosen, e.g. Post Nord.
Once we have received your return, we will process your case within 7-10 business days. When your return and refund is fully processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email from Freya Homes customer service. Refunds will be made through the same payment method originally used for purchase. The actual refund time, i.e. the time it takes for you to get your money back, depends on the payment provider.
