Terms of Use

These terms apply to purchases and use of the website www.freyahomestore.com (the "Website"), operated by MARJE AB, reg. no. 559251-7352 ("Freya Home", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Orders and contract

When you place an order, we send an order confirmation to your email address. A purchase contract is formed when we confirm your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the event of an incorrect price or if the item is out of stock.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated including VAT in the currency shown at your checkout. Any shipping cost is added and is stated before you complete the purchase. We offer the payment methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in price and product information.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs are set out in our shipping policy and are stated at checkout. We are responsible for the item until it has been delivered to you.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item (withdrawal period), without giving any reason. If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us before the withdrawal period expires, at hello@freyahomestore.com with your order number.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, we refund what you have paid, including standard shipping, no later than 14 days after we have received your return or proof that the item has been sent back. You are responsible for the return shipping and for any diminished value of the item if it has been handled more than necessary.

6. Returns and refunds

7. Complaints

If an item is defective, you have the right under the Consumer Sales Act to file a complaint about the fault. Contact us at hello@freyahomestore.com and describe the fault as thoroughly as possible, preferably with photos. If the complaint is approved, we cover the return shipping.

8. Intellectual property rights

The content on the Website – including trademarks, text, images, graphics, product reviews, videos and audio, and the design of these – belongs to Freya Home or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. The content may not be copied or used without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits the liability we have under mandatory consumer protection legislation.

11. Dispute resolution and applicable law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute that we cannot resolve together, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published at the time of ordering.
